About Henin

Henin Group & Affiliates

The Henin Group and its affiliates have a combined sixty years experience in property management, construction and development. The companies have been involved in numerous international commercial and residential ventures in major markets, particularly in France, Belgium, Switzerland and the United States. Enriched with a highly pluri-disciplined team of associates in several countries, the Henin Group has won the confidence of financial institutions, been recognized and honored by various organizations, and most importantly, has earned the trust of its clients for over twenty years.

Jerome Henin is very adept at multi-tasking. “I am doing everything in real estate from concept to design to construction, financing and sales,” he says. Henin remains involved in all facets of the local real estate industry through his various companies, currently operating under the Henin Group. In addition to Henin International Services, he oversees Henin Realty, dedicated to real estate sales and property management, and Henin Homes, the subsidiary which builds custom and production homes.

Henin the Developer

As the founder and owner of several companies involved in real estate development and sales, Jerome Henin counts more than 30 years experience in construction and development, mainly in Europe, and has focused on projects in Florida since 1993 and Virginia since 2006. A native of France, Henin started his property development company in the United States, IPI of Central Florida, to develop residential subdivisions and light commercial projects. IPI, now operating as Henin International Services, has evolved and expanded its services into advising European investors on their ventures into the American market.

Currently, Henin’s largest development in Florida is Riviera Bella, a 240-acre community located in Debary on the St. Johns River midway between Orlando and Daytona Beach. Henin’s company received numerous awards for Riviera Bella. The project is divided into two villages of production homes and one of custom homes; in the production line, prices start from the mid $200,000; custom homes go up to $2 million.

Henin the Builder

Henin’s goal is to offer a European-inspired product designed for the American way of life. This is evident in Henin Homes’ custom homes as well as its production homes. “I want every home I build to look like a custom home, even though it may be in the production line,” he says. “It is an extra expense, but it creates so much more value.” Tile roofs, brick pavers and architectural arches & niches are standard features in his homes. “Custom features do not have to cost a lot,” insists Henin. “The choice of colors, for instance, is just a decorative item, but it can make a big difference.” He likes to introduce vivid yellows, rich browns and dark reds – reminiscent of Tuscany or the French Riviera.

Through his world travels, Henin is always searching for new design ideas and construction solutions. “My aim is to have the best product, but always affordable.” This philosophy provides homebuyers with the most innovative designs and the best value possible.
